Line sheets, swatches, and samples can be mailed upon request.
TIMING
Kathlin Argiro quotes a standard 6-12 weeks for delivery of the dresses once the order is
processed. If your wedding date requires an earlier delivery, we can usually accommodate most
rush orders for an additional charge. Please call for rates.
DELIVERY
All dresses will be shipped to the desired location(s). Dresses are shipped ground, a charge of $10
per dress will be added to each order. Pick-ups at the Salon are not permitted. Expedited shipping
is available for an additional charge.
PAYMENT
Payments are to be made either by COD or Visa, and MasterCard.
SIZING
At Kathlin Argiro we pride ourselves in our fit, but we do not do a customize size according to
measurements. Our dresses are made in a straight size only, ranging from 0-20 (Larger sizes may
be available. You can refer to our measurement guide and size chart to determine the appropriate
size. We will be happy to assist you in making the final size selection, but ultimately the final size
selection is up to each chic girl. We cannot be held responsible for the information provided to us
or any fluctuations in weight. Please remember that it is much easier to take in a garment than to let
it out.
IMPORTANT NOTE
By signing below I confirm that a professional tailor or seamstress has measured the customer and
ALL required measurements were taken. I accept full responsibility for the size chosen.
I understand that if the dress falls into the measurement specifications for the size that I chose and
the dress does not fit, I cannot hold Kathlin Argiro responsible.
I understand that if the dress needs to by re-cut I will be charged the full retail amount and there may
be dye lot variances.
-We do not do alterations. Alterations can be done once the dress is received, but we cannot be
responsible for alterations made to the dress.
RETURN POLICY
There are no exchanges or returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
