To order from us directly, please email us at kat@kathlinargiro.com and include the
following information:
1) Name, email and best phone contact information
2) Dress style(s) you are interested in
3) Fabric(s) and color(s) you are interested in
4) Occasion that dress is for (cocktail party, rehearsal dinner, bridesmaid,
graduation, etc)
5) Usual dress size in brands like Ann Taylor or Banana Republic

Private showroom/design studio appointments
If you are able to visit our NYC showroom/design studio for a private appointment you
will have the opportunity to meet with the designer and view the entire Collection.
Our showroom hours are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY:
Monday – Friday: 11am – 6pm
Saturdays: 11am – 4pm
Pricing
Prices vary depending on the silhouette, fabric, and treatment chosen. Extra fabric may
also be
purchased for decorative purposes. The general price structure is as follows:
Knee length: $200 - $300
Tea - length: $245 - $350
Long: $300 - $395
Delivery and Rush Orders
Bridal Party orders
It generally takes 12 weeks to complete a bridal party order. However, that time frame
can be reduced with addition of a rush charge.
White Graduation Dresses
It generally takes 6 – 12 weeks to process white Graduation dress orders. However,
during the height of White Graduation dress season, that process can be shortened to
3 - 4 weeks or less with an additional rush fee.
Rush Fees
Rush fees depend on the timing of our production schedule when order is placed. But
the general parameters are as follows:
Dresses needed within 4 -8 weeks: $25 - $100 rush fee
Dresses needed in less than 4 weeks: $100 - $200 rush fee

Payment
All dresses must be paid for in full before the order can be processed. We accept
Master Card and Visa
Shipping
$10.00 per dress for UPS Ground shipment (no signature)
$15.00 per dress for UPS Ground shipment (with signature)
Rush shipping available. Rates start at $25 and increase according to service selected
and location of shipment.
Tax
No tax on orders shipped out of New York.
Orders picked up or shipped within New York State are subject to Sales tax of 8.875%
